Vacancy: Rugby Trainer / Coach for Rugby Club Delft Seniors (Netherlands)

Rugby Club Delft is looking to add a coach / trainer to its staff for the season 2016 / 2017, with an aim for a longer lasting collaboration.
This season will mark the start of a rotational training system where every coach will train multiple groups from our senior division (Gents 1st team, 2nd team, Colts and Ladies 1st team).
The candidate should be available in Delft on Tuesdays and Thursday nights from 7:30 pm to – 22:30 pm to lead sessions for the group. Availability is also required on sunday afternoon to coach one of the teams.
Candidate will report to the RC Delft technical board and will develop training sessions in accordance with the boards long term vision and game plan.

RC Delft is able to offer some compensation for the commitment, paid monthly during the season.
The club is serious about development of coaching staff, so will be willing to pay for coaching courses up to IRB level 4 for a long term candidate.

About RC Delft
We are an ambitious amateur club consisting of 300+ members. The club is represented by 3 senior mens teams (Division 1, 3 and 4) 1 senior ladies team (premier league) and had full squads for all youth divisions.
Our aim is to develop a youth program that will feed club and national representative teams and sustain a level of play at the top divisions of dutch rugby for our ladies and mens divisions.
Parallel to this our club has a strong social club culture. Organizing many tours abroad, organizing a yearly rugby festival and hosting many (international) friendly fixtures.
